Paint Estimate Question
I know there has been so much talk about paint lately which is helping me out HUGE!
I am meeting someone for an estimate on Sunday and I just wanted to get a general idea of what kind of $$ I am looking at here. I know it depends on # of rooms, square footage and other factors, but if you ladies can give me what you have been seeing.
Thank you

Re: Paint Estimate Question
$700 WOW! Did you have faux finish? or alot of custom modling? that is what increase's the prices. if you have base, crown, chair railing, doors. then that is where the price becomes higher..

My parents just got their entire den, kitchen and bathroom, plus a hallway done for $500.

High ceilings & fire place.
I got a bunch of other estimates and they were all double what I paid, so I am happy.

Re: Paint Estimate Question
my parents had paid 2000K (that included the paint so without the paint it was 1800) for livingroom, 2 bedrooms, kitchen ceiling, hallways and 2 bathrooms
