Pampers Dry Max
So what's the deal with these? I see lots of negative comments about them. Do they leak a lot?
We have a box sitting in the closet, but haven't used them yet. DS is sitll working his way through Cruisers which we've been using since about 9 months.
He's partially potty trained, so I'm hoping we'll phase him out of diapers soon. Just wondering what the issue is with these.

Re: Pampers Dry Max
Funny because I was shockled today when I went to buy a new box of Cruisers size 5 that all they had were the Dry Max. I too read BD reviews but bought a box to give it a try. I've always been happy with my swaddlers then crusiers and I HATE change

Re: Pampers Dry Max
They were horrible for us, and I really wanted to give them a try to work. However, the first night we tried them, his diaper was not even wet in the morning, but his clothes were urine soaked. I thought, ok, maybe just a fluke.
So we tried them for the entire day. My MIL who watches DS said she had to take off and clean his clothes mutliple times because the urine never stayed in the diaper. She asked that we don't bring those diapers back to her house .
So yes, these are the driest diapers, because for us, they don't hold anything. DS clothes did the absorbing. I brought them back to BRU and spoke to Pampers (who basically said that they are the best thing since sliced bread).

Re: Pampers Dry Max
Well, maybe they will help push potty training along if he's wet all the time! So may work for us, but not in the way intended.
Oy, why did they mess with a good thing? I hate change too, especially when I think DS is nearing the end of his diaper days anyway.

I LOVED cruisers too...I tried UP and UP from Target bc of reviews from other moms on LIF, and they worked! I'd say they were very close to how pampers fit DS, and they hold everything so far. They are also cheaper .

Re: Pampers Dry Max
I bought a small bag to give them a try w/ DD. She uses the Swaddlers Sensative but during the night she leaks through those, so I tried the Dry Max in Size 3. No leaking issues so far.
