I hear what you are saying, but I think that people should be aware of it. For example, a few years ago, I used to eat at Panera a lot ,and I definitely would NOT have done so had I known about the ingredient list. Also, I think it is absolutely possible to cut way back on fast food without " starving to death". It just takes more effort and time.
I'm sorry, and please don't hate me, but the OP wasn't asking for a healthul alternative or for commentary. She just asked which salad people liked.

It's white balsamic I think....it's delish but ask for it on the side....they drown the salad in it

Panera Bread salads
I always get the you pick 2 with fuji apple chicken salad and either mac and cheese or soup. Last time I did half of the grown up grilled cheese It was soooo good!! Thankfully I don't go there very often lol
I am not sure what type of dressing it is, but it has never been too much on mine.

The big kid grilled cheese with tomato soup is amazing!

Having said that my favorite is Asian chicken salad.
