Parents with DC's who have acid reflux

My DD has been getting very fussy during feeding. She'll eat for a bit, but then starts crying, arching her back. She's 3 months old. I changed her to Gentlease formula. She'll continue to eat, but I noticed sometimes she gets fussy and I'm not sure why. It also sounds like she has this weird gurgling sound going on, like she has trouble digesting it. For those who have experience with acid reflux, what are the signs and do you think my DD may have it?

thats what my son sounded like too. HE is now on Zantac and he is on gentlease as well. When did you switch to the gentlease?

IT took us at least 2 weeks on it to notice a good difference.

Christopher did the same thing....Zantac did NOTHING for him. We switched to Nutramigen and put rice cereal in the bottle and it worked wonders...it also helped the Colic

She's been on it for about a month. At first, she was doing great, now I feel like we're back at square one. I just want her to be comfortable. Just out of curiousity, does your DC need to take Zantac before each feeding or how does that work? Thankfully, I have a dr's appt in a week, so I hope we'll know one way or the other soon.

It depends on the weight of your child, that is how they are given in terms of dosages.
Christopher was on it 3x a day...

Do you remember when your DC was diagnosed with it?

I want to say 2-3 months.....We switched formulas like crazy and thought it was that, plus he was colicky.
