Part time Nanny

If anyone has recommendations for a part time nanny, or recommendations for a particular "nanny finding service", I would really appreciate it. My parents are our nannies now, but I think they could use some help on a part time basis. I can be extremely flexible with scheduling, as my folks will still be helping out (they are retired). I just want to give them a few days and/or half days off. We'd also like someone who can sometimes babysit on Saturday nights, so that we can maybe once in a blue moon go on a date again :)

I also needed a part time nanny and it was very hard to find someone. We worked with several agencies and www.nannysusa.com had the most people willing to do part time.
