Passover brownies
i just made this for the f irst time
Passover Brownies
Ingredients
3 large egg(s)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup Potato Starch
1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Beat the egggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually add the oil, then add the cocoa and potato startch. Blend together. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minuttes. Yields sixteen 2-inch squares

it was a hit they came out really good
