I feel a lot of discomfort there after I go for my nightly walks or when I wake up in the morning. It almost feels like I can feel my hips widening

That's exactly how I feel. It seems to be worse after walking around all day. It hurts the most when I am getting up from a sitting or lying down position. SO annoying. I hope it eases up.

Re: Pelvic Bone Pain?
I've been experiencing what I originally thought was a tiny 'pulled muscle' by my pelvic bone... although we all know there are no muscles there
Along with that pain came the severe hip pain if I sit down for too long... it's almost like my femurs are no longer in their sockets
this has been going on for about 3 weeks now (I'm 23 weeks)
