People who have GHI Family plan
On your cards are everyone's names listed or just yours? I got my cards today and they only have my name even though I signed up for the family plan. Just wondering if this is normal or did I screw up?
Under my DH's insurance our cards has all of our names listed.

They all just have my name on them..I once inquired and was told that was how it was
