people who've been to mystic aquarium?
DS loved the riverhead aquarium and we were thinking of taking him up to mystic. If you've gone to this aquarium, are the exhibits indoors, outdoors, or both? I'm debating if it's worth going now or wait until the weather is better if the exhibits are outside.TIA

I just went.
They have both indoor and outdoor exhibits... Seals penguins and beluga whales are the outdoors.
The indoor sections usually have more but they are temporarily closed to get ready for a new exhibit opening in the spring.
The sea lion show is indoors and they have the basics... Reef fish jellyfish turtles.
It was cold when we went... Ds had fun... But IMO its too pricey for what was open.

The Mystic Aquarium is very nice, we took our DD when she was 2 and she loved it. Personally, I would wait until the weather is nicer. There are a bunch of outdoor exhibits and it would be nicer to see those in the warmer, sunnier weather.
