Pepper Steak in the Crock Pot
Anyone have any good recipes?

So I made that recipe and I have to say it came out AMAZINGGGGGGG. DH said it was one of the best meals Ive made in the crock pot!
I tweaked the recipe bc I didnt have all the ingredients. I didnt have soy sauce, so made it more of a tomato based version.
I like the peppers soft so I let them cook all day. It cooked on low about 8 hrs. Served over rice.
SO GOOD!

I make this one all the time Pepper Steak
I don't put the peppers and onions in until the last hour bc we prefer them a bit crisper, and I also add some Maggi seasoning to make the gravy a bit stronger

Do you brown the meat first or put right into the crock pot?

I brown it first, but its really not necessary...

I brown it first, but its really not necessary...
Ok then I wont I hate to dirty another pan! lol
I dont have the beef bouillon cubes though, hoping its ok.
