Personal Assistant Smackdown!
Nelly Furtado and Vanesa Minnillo walked arm and arm into NYC's club Plumm with Miss Furtado's assistant behind them.
Not wanting to be left behind, the assistant innocently taps the bouncer on the shoulder and says "Excuse me," to which the bouncer responds by showing him the "West Village submission hold." Who knew that having manners would come to this??

From my experience most bouncers are jerks on a power trip...

That is sooo true! I once dated a guy who was a bouncer and he used to tell me things he would say and do to people trying to get in the club...I remember telling him afterwards ya know what? You're an a$$hole!! That relationship didn't last long.
