Elbee, why not just tell him you're claustrophobic and could he take a step back?
I remember that being one of the examples our lawyers gave us at a job years ago of a woman who felt she was being harassed.

I'm going to have to, but it is sooo uncomfortable. He's not 'harrassing' me .. I know that. He seriously has issues with forming sentences without the assistance of something to read from  It's awful!

DH does that to me, but worse. He stands behind me, puts his hands on my chair's armrests and rests his chin on the top of my head.
I don't know how many times I've told him that creeps me out to no end! I love him, but he just doesn't listen.

I despise it. I have a co-worker that literally comes face to face with you to talk to you and when you step back, she steps forward and comes closer . . . .

Do you get annoyed when someone invades your "personal space". I was just at Marshalls and this woman behind me was seriously breathing down my neck. She was standing 2 inches away from me. Every time I moved, she did too! I finally turned around to give her a "look" and she proceeded to attempt conversation. Can I just shop in peace please?????????????
OMG J, that's SO friggin annoying!!! I STARE people down when they do this and they end up moving. People can be SO RUDE!!!
