Personal trainer for teen
My DS is 14. He's a big kid. He's straddling that line where he could either turn it athletic or turn it bad. My XH and I were looking for some sort of strength training, speed training program for him. He plays football and wrestles so his size isn't a detriment physically but we'd like him to develop muscles and use his size (6'1" already) as an asset.
Is there anything like this?

There are tons of these programs. What area of LI? I can def. recommend some for you.

I have a few friends who are bringing their kids to the Crossfit where I go. There are tons of high school athletes there.

Parisi Speed School in Islip. I would highly recommend this.
East Islip Fitness also used to do a lot of specialized programs for athletes, not sure if you need to be a gym member though.
