Petition for Karissa to stop her journey to TopPoint!
We, the undersigned, appeal to Karissa, all that is good and holy for the curly haired women of LIF (ammendment 1 including LIW), to reneg her decision to alter her curly locks. In return, we will sweep this tempory moment of insanity under the LIF rug and said thread, along with her desperate cry for help (Thread title: Going to Top Point next Monday!) will be presented to Ron for further deletion!
ETA: No matter what, Karissa, you will be beautiful, but please, Oh Curly Goddess of LIF, hear our prayer!!!

PLEASE DON'T DO IT!! Your hair is gorgeous as is!!!! Unless this is something you plain on doing for life.. you never know how your hair will be in the future if you decide not to keep doing it. Chemicals can change your hair forever

Don't do it. I worked with a girl who put a light relaxer in her hair to loosen her curls and she was MISERABLE

trying to show you my curls... uploading now...not too far off from yours. mine used to be a lot curlier...
believe me, you will look GORGEOUS either way!!!
i think many of us just admire how beautiful your curls are...
so many people are going for the straight look nowadays (which is nice) but its so nice to see a girl with beautiful natural curls.....
