Photography classes?
My friend and I have a cannon rebel....we love it but need help learning all the cool things the camera can do!
Does anyone know of any classes that we can take to learn more about the camera?

Berger Brothers does great classes. They typically keep a schedule of upcoming classes online.

you can survey a class at Nassau, they have a great photography department and their photo 101 is digital

I took the class at NCC. It was pretty good. Taught over several weeks by an experienced photographer. IT wasn't that expensive either. In some ways better bang for your buck than the classes at Berger or Adorama.

Photo 101 at NCC is digital now? who teaches it? Did they close up the darkrooms?

Rickey Ricard is the teacher. The class was all digital when I took it. This was 3 years ago.

they are closing up the darkrooms from what i have heard. I think they might keep the large format stuff but not def. sure.

Photo 101 at NCC is digital now? who teaches it? Did they close up the darkrooms?
No photo 101 is digital and 102 is dark room as of last semester when I was thinking of taking a few classes
