Pimply rash be eczema???
DD, 2.5yrs old, has a red pimply looking rash on her lower back and alittle on her belly. could this be eczema??? she has very dry skin but i lotioned her good with aveeno after her bath yesterday. i dont see it anywhere else.
it doesn't seem to be bothering her.

Has she been sick recently? My daughter has this all over her back and belly and the doctor told us today that it's just a symptom from the cold/fever that shes getting over.
