PIO Question part 2 !!!!
What position did you find works best for the PIO injection (lying, bending etc...) Thanks !

I would stand and lean on the sink while DH gave me the injection in the butt. I would usually bend the knee of the side he was giving the injection so I wouldn't be able to tense up too much.

I stand at the bathroom sink and lift up the leg that he is injecting so that the muscle is relaxed.

I would use a pillow under my arms and lay over the side of the bed so I was comfortable as I could be in that position.
