I am so sorry Sophie. I don't even know what to say. Did you fully decide to not even pump n dump? My heart goes out to you!
You need to take care of yourself first to make sure he has a mommy that's there for him. 
Giving up BFing would so much easier. I will pump and dump though.

hang in there.....don't worry too much about bfing - its important that you and dh are healthy (and hence happy!) first and foremost....4.5 mos is a wonderful acomplishment and can never be taken away from you! if it would make it easier on you, then don't even worry about pumping and dumping - take care of yourself and i hope you are feeling better soon!

You are doing a GREAT job. Going back to work and pumping is hard work and being sick and exhausted on top of it makes it even harder. Your dogs, DC and DH are lucky to have you :)
