Planning a surprise party
i'm planning a surprise party for dh. i'm having a hard time deciding when the party should start. if i tell people to be at the restaurant for 7, what time should i get dh to the restaurant

I would say between 7:30 and 8:00. It really depends if your guests are usually prompt or not.
