planning for a bbq
I have my menu pretty set for a bbq I'm having next weekend, but I'm trying to figure out the quantity I should have of everything. Is there a guideline I can follow that I can adjust based on how many people I end up having (like 1 hot dog/pp)?
This is the menu:
Hamburgers Hot Dogs Chicken Nuggets (for kids) Baked Ziti Baked beans Salad Corn with chipotle butter
Beer Sangria Wine Soda Water
Watermelon
How do you figure out how much to have?

one hot dog each for everyone and 1.5 burgers a person.
u may want to add a chicken if you do then only 1 hamburger per person.

Agreed. I usually like to include grilled veggies and chicken kabobs. They are sooo easy, take almost no prep time, and people always go for them.
