planting flowers
When is the best time to plant flowers in the front yard? Not the ones that i needed to have put in in the fall (obv i didn't)- i mean like impatience (sp?) and the ones that die annually.... i'm so bad with this stuff!

I usually wait until late may to plant impatiens. If you want some color now, I would suggest pansies. I usually plant pansies in mid March/early April and then replace them with impatiens when they start getting leggy.
