Play kitchen-kindergarten age girl
My DD got a Disney kitchen when she was two- and she's tall for her age so she now towers over it. But she still plays with it. She says she wants a bigger one for Christmas, and I'm willing to get it for her, but I wonder how long she'll keep playing with it. Any feedback? I've seen some nice ones and I don't mind spending $$ if she's going to be into it for a few more years.
TIA.

I don't think you can go wrong with the Step 2 kitchens. We have had one for a long time, and my 5.5 year old still plays with it.

What about getting her real kids sized cooking utensils and signing her up for a cooking class. I am not sure if you will get years of play from a play kitchen, but I did see a really nice one for Ag type dolls in the constructive playthings catalogue.

I don't know, my friends kids are 7 and 11 and they play with ours whenever they are over so I would get it, maybe one of those wooden ones?

Thanks everyone! My neighbor whose son is 10 still plays with his younger sisters when he thinks his mom's not looking. I found a cute one at IKEA of all places- it's on legs so if needed down the line we can prop it up a little. She's had the Disney Princess kitchen since she was 2 and she towers over it now.
