please help, how do i get the baby out of my ribs?!
for the love of G-d, can someone tell me how i can get this kid out of my ribs?
i am almost in tears here from the pain - it's in my ribs and radiates to my back. i can practically feel his little toes curling around the bone.
so far i've tried lying on my back and on each side. i've also tried nudging him  i'm desparate...

My mom is a nurse and told me to do this...worked for me. Sit on the couch and put both hands up in the air and lean your body to the side opposite where you feel the pain. It might take a moment or two but the baby always moved for me.
Good luck...I remember some nights crying about this.

I found that taking a bath or going in our pool helps..unfortunitely for me its his tush that is in my ribs and apparently he likes it there!!!! So while I may get a short reprive he'll go back after a little while...

I hope you feel better and get baby out of your ribs!
I know that the only pain I have experienced during this pregnancy is when the baby gets in my ribs, so I definitely feel your pain. I am going to try some of the suggestions next time!

I heard that rocking on all fours can help, forward and back. There's a name for it but I can't remember. GL!

in my yoga class, they tought us to get on all fours (like a cat) and just move the hips and such from side to side. The baby should 'cradle' in the uterus.

 I just got the picture in my head ...I actually did this in the morning when I was blow drying my hair...I flipped my head down and my belly was facing downward and I started to rock him... ...silly me...
