Re: please help me about daylight saving time.

Actually just for today we have a 25 hour day. Clocks just repeated 1am instead of going to 2. In the spring when we more clocks forward it will be a 23 hour day. It all evens out.

No to be mean, but an adult actually thought that we got an extra hour of sleep every night? How would that even be possible unless we changed the clocks back every night from now until spring? Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: please help me about daylight saving time.

Just the one night.

DH and I were smart and shipped DS off to his grandparents so they could deal with him waking up an hour earlier than usual today. We most definitely got full use out of our extra hour! Chat Icon Chat Icon

Exactly! It doesn't help that we split weekend wake ups in our house, so Daddy got up with her Saturday morning...at the regular time. And I got up at 6:45 today.....Chat Icon
