PLEASE PLEASE HELP-VIRUS On my Computer-What do I do?
Im on my moms computer. I have like 4-6 trojans and malware virus's coming up on my compter.
Im trying to run software and Windows keeps shutting down( trying to work in safe mode) ...
I have AVAST anti virus...And spyBot...
They are not getting rid of them.
I dont know the first thing about this?
What do I do?????

Do you have a lot of things saved on your computer? If not - I'd try to do a system restore (on a Dell it's control F11).
DH has downloaded a bunch of viruses/spyware in the 2 years we've had this computer and we did both the system restore and all of the fixes and we found the restore to be a lot quicker and easier.

I have a LOT of pictures saved that I would be devestated if I lost.....

Can you find the name of the virus? If you search it on google - you may be able to find what you need to download to do the fixes.
FIL downloaded something and he paid someone to fix it at a computer store - that could be another option!

I never heard of that antivirus. But if its a paid for antivirus like Norton or McAfee, they usually have things on their website to help remove trojans and such. Can you access the internet from your home computer? If you can try your antivirus' website. If you can't I would, from your mom's computer, order a cleaner disk from them.
