Don't they have someone representing their own interests in custody disputes?
They will be appointed a law guardian should we have to take this matter to family court. I was hoping that it wouldnt get to that point. I felt that as adults, their father and I, would be able to come to an amicable solution. Apparently this is not going to be the case...

Honestly Heather, this might be the best way because that law guardian is there to make sure their voices get heard without you looking like the bad guy!!
I am sorry they have to go through this though that it ends soon!

I know...but it's just a shame that they will even have to go through that. They just want things adjusted but still equal. He can be so hard headed that he only winds up hurting himself and them in the long run.

Kristina has one of those.... she's in court with us every time - it's funny tho - she would norm interview the children to see what's going on with them.... There's not too much she can do with Kristina except watch her sleep or hold on to me.

I havent even spoken to them. Although I got a message from one of them regarding a party that they are going to tomorrow. It was funny though b/c the message inside the message told me that they were OK..KWIM?
Today I sent one of their friends off with a message for them. (I put their friend on the bus in the morning and watch her after school)..the message was to squeeze their hand 3 times which means I LOVE YOU. So she went up to them and said "this is from your mom" and squeezed their hands...According to her it made their day..but then again she's only 9 herself...
