Deer Park Animal Hospital - I love Dr. Rosen. I started going there when I lived in north Babylon and even now that I have moved to Selden I STILL travel there.

I'll let Megs4 weigh in on her own experience but I'll tell you that they are both caring and knowledgeable, the office staff is very capable and courteous, the way the office is setup is very good for us too.
When we noticed the tumor on Ginger's leg, I emailed Dr. Gurtman the picture even though I intended on making an appt the next day. He answered three hours later, while on his first vacation in over a year, in HAWAII.  It's that kind of dedication and caring that I felt I was missing at our old Vet's office. I never feel like I'm wasting anyone's time, I never have the logistical errors and problems I had with my old vet's office staff. And they love on my dogs before they start the medical stuff, which speaks volumes to me.

Haha - work has been crazy but of COURSE I logged in to comment here, just as predicted. 
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Towne Line Veterinary Group, and in particular, Dr. Gurtman. I recommend them to everyone I know. My parents even made the switch last year, taking their then 14 year old dog to a new practice for the first time, and they have been very, very happy as well.
Dr. Gurtman has been so great with our dog, and, more importantly, my parents' dog, who has had lots of issues over the last year. He has made such an impact that now that my family has decided it's time to put Duncan to sleep this weekend (crying as I type), they will ONLY do it if Dr. Gurtman is going to be there to take care of him in his final moments.
That alone should tell you just how great we think this practice is.

I think it's called "babylon" animal hospital, but it's really west babylon, on montauk hwy, right by the mcdonald's in west babylon / lindenhurst.
my favorite favorite vet ever!

ITA, I love all the vets there, but Dr. Meyer is my favorite!! Even the receptionists are friendly-whenever we come in, I put my little guy on the counter and they all mush him!
