Please recommend a glider (or tell me if yours is bad)

I am having a hard time figuring out what glider to get. I have one that I wanted, but I'm just not sure we can afford it. I read the reviews on BRU and it gets me more confused. I know I want one with a high back, to rest my head. I plan on using it all the time, as I will be BF.

Can you please tell me the good and bad about your glider (and please tell me what one it is). Thank you so much!!!!

My glider is from Best Chairs and I love it! It is so comfortable. I chose this really soft fabric. It has a high back and I have the ottoman so it's perfect for nursing and rocking! It was definitely worth the money.

I have a dutalier glider which I love, but I didn't use it for nursing in the first few months. My daughter was over 9 pounds, so I liked using the boppy to hold her up while she ate -- and the glider was too narrow for the pillow. It is the most comfortable chair in the house though, and I sit in it all the time to read her books now!

Same here... love my Dutalier glider but it was a little narrow for nursing in the beginning...

I never realized the narrow arms on the glider would be bad for nursing. I learn something new everyday. Anybody else with advice?

We also got the dutalier glider (as a gift) and love it. I use it all the time, even now...and DD is 8 mos old.

I know they are kind of pricey. Check Craig's list. My friend picked one up in great shape for only $100.

Yes, I have the same one and it's great. And it was so "cheap".

I have a Jardine from Toys R Us. It was $129 for both pieces. They don't carry it at BRU. I like it other than the fact that the cushions are off white and now somewhat dirty.

Yes, it's not there anymore. It was on clearance when several of us got it. I love it though.

I've got to kmart.com and can only find one metal glider. Am I looking in the wrong place?
