Please recommend boots for my DD (17 months old)

Looking for some boots for DD to wear throughout the winter with her tights (casual boots...not snow boots). Something easy to walk in since she's a fairly new walker. Not looking to break the bank either.
We bought some from Target but she was having a hard time walking in them.

I got DD some black boots at babyGap in the toddler girl section.

I also am going to get her boots from sweet soles (probably the fake uggs from there)

Payless has some cute ones too

I LOVE the selection from nextdirect.com but haven't ordered shoes from there yet...I love their clothes though and was happy with the quality

I got a really cute pair at Payless. They are Airwalks and DD loves them. I also just picked up a black pair of boots tonight at Sears. I think both pairs I got were about $20 each.
