Please recommend your convertible car seat.
I'm assuming that's the next step after an infant car seat...am I right? I want to put one on my registry and would like some recommendations first! Thanks again ladies!

Britax's are great!! Safe and so comfy for DC...they are expensive though, but worth it IMO

Re: Please recommend your convertible car seat.
We have the Britax Roundabout 50. It goes to 50 pounds and is a little bigger, but costs the same as the regular Roundabout (goes to 35 pounds).

Re: Please recommend your convertible car seat.
I was brainwashed with Britax at first but glad I did my homework to see there are "OTHER" quality brands out there. Keep in mind these are all approved by the gov't. Who is to say 1 is better then the other. Every car accident is different and 100000 things can happen.
As for comfort, take DC and put em and make sure you like moving the straps etc...
with that said, my pick is Learning Curve
Tru Fit
I had to buy 2 so buying 2 britax's at almost 600 dollars vs. buying 2 tru fit seats at 300 was very kind to my wallet.
Product is easy to use, clean, comfy, take in out of the car and highly affordable.

Re: Please recommend your convertible car seat.
Lots of people on here like the Evenflo Triumph for a less expensive option. I have Britax Marathons-I liked the weight and height limit since my DH is a big guy(6'4) My kids have been in them rear facing since 7 months, they are now 14 months. The rear facing limit is 35 lbs which they shouldn't reach for another year or two I think. Here's a website that is helpful:
