Please recommend your workout dvd that actually works
I need to do something but don't have time to take a class anywhere. Does anyone have a good dvd that they've noticed actually works?? I'll try anything -- pilates, zumba, etc. -- anything to burn some calories and tone me up.

I've been doing videos from this site; I like this one in particular. It's a pain to do it from the computer, but I think they are good:

leslie sansone walk away the pounds. Its not difficult and I dont dread having to do it and ot works.
I do the 2 miles in 30 min one

I know at least on Fios, you can get excersise TV - you just need to go to on demand, browse all, free, MyLife, then ExerciseTV they have tons of videos

i LOVE turbo jam. i actually love it so much i'm getting certified to teach it next month. the instructor, chalene johnson, is totally fun and it doesn't feel like a workout... kinda like zumba, only its kickboxing!

I am looking into buying the Insanity Program from beachbody. It is like P90x but no extra equipment needed and is supposed to be great!

My friend who is a fitness competitor just got it and says it is AWESOME and even hard for HER! My only concern is that we live in a condo and have downstairs neighbors and i feel like it could be loud because of the jumping up and down!
