please tell me its normal (c/s related)
Please tell me its normal that the c section incision gets hard after a little while. It almost feels like a pencil is under there in terms of hardness/thickness (but is not fully across yet). I'm freaking out a bit!

Yea, it is the scar tissue forming. I freaked out too, at 5 weeks pp mine still feels like that,it's a weird feeling

How long has it been? It's very normal if it's only been few weeks or months.
I had a C/S 15 months ago. The scar healed but still has that hard, raised part in the middle and it hearts a little sometimes when I have jeans on, so my dermatologist started giving me cortisone injections in the scar last month(to flatten it out) and it already looks better. I am getting another injection in 2 weeks and hoping that I won't need any more(very painful)
