Just the opposite! Making time for yourself only helps your marriage and helps your little family as a whole, I think!

Just wanted to update to say thank you to you girls. We had such a great time! We went to dinner and a movie and just really, really enjoyed our time together. We slept in until 10:30 this morning, which felt like a dream! Anyway, thank you girls. I needed the support. I know we're not bad parents for leaving her, but I feel like, since I work, I need to spend all my free time with her and feel guilty when I don't. I couldn't wait to pick her up today! But man, we're so grateful for the time alone together!

 I'm glad you enjoyed yourselves!
Ari and I have had sleep overs since she was 4 weeks old! I cried but sometimes you just need "me" or "us" time. It recharges your batteries and makes you a better mother and wife.
