Plugged milk duct? TMI

Since yesterday, I have this sharp pain in my nipple. I tried massaging my breast but when I do, the pain appears in my nipple.

I kept massaging. I tried pumping (with my little manual pump), have DS stay longer on my breast.

I don't even know where it could be plugged if this is what it is.

Any suggestions?

You are doing the right things. Warm compresses, take a warm shower and run the water on your breast, try to express some milk while massaging, of course continue to nurse as much as possible on that breast to relieve it.
