PMS - bad bloating and gas?
I swear as I've gotten older, I've gotten more and more PMS symptoms. It used to be just a cramp or two, if anything.
Lately i've been having BAD bloating and gas. I feel like i'm 20 lbs heavier in the belly and just so GROSS - like diarrhea/gassy (sorry  )
Anyone else get this? Ugh

Yup!
My periods tend to be late- long cycles- and I feel like I am stuck in this awful PMS stage for weeks.
Bloated to the point my pants don't fit, gassy, stomach issues, back pain, you name it.
And other months, I am not bad at all.
I really think my hormones are getting out of whack again.
Having my DD really regulated me for a while but it's been over 2 years now and I feel like I am going back to my old whacky cycles!

This is exactly how I am. And it only happens every couple months. Very unpleasant

Once I hit my late 30's this started happening to me. I feel like I have 1 good week each month and that's it. For almost 3 weeks out of the month I'm bloated, my breasts hurt, I'm moody -- it feels like constant PMS. I've just learned to suck it up and deal with it.
