Poise vs. regular pads
I think somebody on here posted several months ago that after they had their baby they used those Poise pads instead of regular sanitary pads because they were more absorbent and bigger. Am I crazy? Is this something to be considered in the first few days post partum? Any BTDT moms have advice or suggestions?

Re: Poise vs. regular pads
I used Always Overnights and the extra long ones (it says they are for women who wear size 12 and up...) for the HEAVY flow. I used them for about a week and a half...then the bleeding tapered off enough that I only used one pad a day!

Re: Poise vs. regular pads
I used Poise and they were so much better than regular pads in my opinion. Maybe because they are meant for bladder protection. But i had one of my girlfriends bring a package of the poise up to the hospital one day PP b/c the regular "super" absorbent maxi pads i bought i was leaking thru after like an hour.
