Poll- Favorite finish on appliances (stainless, white, bisque, black)
Just curious as to what each of us prefer in appliance finishes. Any reason you want to add why you like that, go for it!
I like Bisque because it doesn't look too modern and doesn't look too plain.

I've been looking at appliances and originally picked white but decided that wouldn't look right in my kitchen with the color granite I picked. I didin't like black and the bisque color they have now seemed to be too yellow. Originally I was opposed tp SS b/c I'm just not a fan but that seems to be what will look best with our kitchen.  I'm no help.
I really think it just depends on your kitchen and what would look best.

I'm generally not a fan of stainless, but I think it all just depends on the overall style of the kitchen.

I favor black and stainless.
I do think that it depends on the rest of your kitchen - some cabinets and countertops look better with certain finishes.

I prefer stainless but if I were to buy, I'd probably go towards the "Stainless-look" so I didn't have a problem with streaks and fingerprints. I'm not that great a house cleaner.

I love seeing everyone's responses!
I guess I am the only bisque person. I felt in our kitchen it just looked the best to keep things airy and clean and bright looking.
I like black and stainless, don't prefer white too much, but the black and stainless would never have looked right in our kitchen.

Love the look of stainless but I don't have the patience to keep it clean bc of fingerprints & what not.
We have black & I think it looks classy

None of the above. 
Depends on the style of the kitchen, but generally I prefer built-ins (where the appliance is faced to match kitchen the cabinets.)

I like white. Its classic and goes with everything. I feel like stainless is a trend, just like avocado and yellow was in the 70's.

I always wanted a B&W kitchen, Kevin wants stainless appliances. Right now the appliances are B&W but when we re-do the kitchen we'll get stainless appliances.

we have stainless and love it.....believe it or not, the upkeep is no more than other types.....either that or we have the kind that doesn't show fingerprints very much.

i agree. i LOVE the look of panels that match the cabinets.
in re: appliance color, i think it really depends on the color of the cabinets.

I agree although they are $$$$, my friend just ordered a panel to cover her dishwasher for $700-basically what she paid for the dishwasher  Next in line I like SS appliances.

In a high end kitchen I prefer built-ins & appliance panels. In regular homes I prefer white.
