poll- Which do you think is better, a Saturday or a Sunday baby shower?
I finally decided, I do want a shower. So we are trying to figure out if people generally prefer a Saturday or Sunday. What do you think and why do you prefer that? Thanks for the help.

As long as it's early in the day, I think Sat or Sun is fine. no difference to me - I don't really have a preference. - I loathe all showers regardless -

I prefer Saturdays. I have a personal pet peeve about Sunday events. I like Sundays to be "me" days. Days that I can do whatever I want to or need to, or just hang out with DH, i need that day before Monday (back to work) to unwind and I really hate spending it at functions.

I think I will have mine on a Sunday. I know a lot of people who work on Saturdays, which was my deciding factor.

I don't have a preference but mine was on Sunday so that a friend who observes the Sabbath would be able to make it.

It honestly doesn't make a difference to me. I told my sisters to have it on a Sunday if it is cheaper. However, my shower will be on a Sat. As long as it's early enough, I don't mind either day.

Mine is on Sat. I think its better for me because we have to lug all that stuff home and get things organized which we will have sunday to do.

I think I will have mine on a Sunday. I know a lot of people who work on Saturdays, which was my deciding factor.
That was our deciding factor too.

ITA. That is why I wanted my bridal shower and baby shower on a Sat.
This way I had all Sunday to look at stuff and put stuff away.

I asked my mom if it could be a saturday. We have to travel to get to it as do a bunch of our guests so its easier on sat than sunday so people can get back.

For us Saturday is better. We have family from NJ, Conn. & PA coming and traveling home on a Sunday would be tough with all the traffic.

To be honest, Baby showers usually end sometime in the afternnon, so it really doesn't affect the next day much! I would go with either day.

I really don't have a preference. I had mine on a Saturday because I had a lot of town guests and I didn't want them to drive, go the Shower, have to drive back an dthen go to work the next day.

Saturday has always been my day of choice. i am a grouch on Sundays and antisocial thinking about work. I moan at any events we have to go to Sunday

I really have no preference. I am happy I am getting one.
I know my shower is on a Sunday, alot of my guests work on Saturdays as well as myself.
So my mom did good!!
