Re: Pork Chop And Beer Recipe!!!!!
They're sweet.
PS: IF YOU MAKE THIS:
Buy thinner chops. Mine were too thick and I made it last night and the chops were a little tough. I usually broil chops and I love how they come out....so this was new for me. But the taste is really nice!

Re: Pork Chop And Beer Recipe!!!!!
This recipe sounds so good. I want to try it sometime this week hopefully. Quick question - does it matter what kind of beer you use? Can you use plain old bud light or something better like bass? Thanks!

Re: Pork Chop And Beer Recipe!!!!!
I am making this tonight for FH. The pork chops are marinating in the fridge. I bought real thin chops and flattened them out a bit, so I'm wondering if I should cut the time down - any suggestions? TIA

Definnitely cut the time down. When I cooked them I only did it for about 40 minutes and that was without flattening them down.

Re: Pork Chop And Beer Recipe!!!!!
I tried this for dinner tonight and I think I did something wrong. It was very watery. I thought it was going to be more of a glaze I don't know if I did something wrong.

Re: Pork Chop And Beer Recipe!!!!!
Ok - something went COMPLETELY wrong!!!!
I made this tonight, followed the directions exactly and it made both me and DH want to hurl!
I am normally a great cook, but for some reason, this was a major flop.
It sounded really yummy, though!

I had the same problem! I gave my friend the recipe also and she made it and liked it, meanwhile I threw the whole dish away. My DH who will eat anything couldn't even smell it. I don't know what I did wrong either??
