Pork Chops
How do you cook your pork chops?
Defrosted some boneless chops and I need inspiration!

Re: Pork Chops
If I don't use the grill, I will put them in the oven.
Type of marinade depends on mood.
Sometimes BBQ sauce, sometimes Asian inspired, a peach/apricot glaze is also delish.

Re: Pork Chops
thin or thick? Thin I like to egg and bread (like a chicken cutlet) and fry. If they are thicker I usually bake them.

Re: Pork Chops
I sometimes use Shake N Bake, but most of the time I make Cola Pork Chops (DH really likes these, they are yummy).
Cola Pork Chops
I use 1/2 ketchup and 1/2 BBQ sauce. I think the recipe is for pork chops with a bone, I usually do boneless and cook it for about 20 minutes to a 1/2 hour and serve it over rice.
