Possible milk protein sensitivity/BF--reintroducing dairy into my diet?
DS is almost 4 months. At 2 months he was diagnosed with bad reflux, put on Zantac and I eliminated dairy. Diaper was never tested before hand, but he was having some mucus. He improved SO much, he is a different baby. At 3 months ped said I could try dairy---I ate some cheese and he had a really bad day the next day. Perhaps a coincidence, perhaps not. I eliminated again. Should I try dairy again? I am willing to stay dairy free, but I am not 100% sure it is the problem, but I also don't want to make him uncomfortable if it is the problem and I try it again. Ugh. Anyone else deal with this? Those who eliminated dairy, when did you reintroduce?

I started gradually reintroducing when DD was 8 months old. I started with eating baked goods, and then with foods that had milk or dairy as an ingredient, and so on. Now we are both fine and she is obsessed with cheese and milk! She is 13 months.

My DS is 8 months and I haven't reintroduced it yet. My GI doctor wants me to wait until he is a year. I'm soy free too and I just started reintroducing soybean oil recently without a problem.
