I have to take things apart. Oreo cookies - top cookie, eat that first, lick off the middle and then bottom cookie. Anything that's layered - I eat each layer individually.
I think I might be borderline OCD 
I do the same thing. Drives DH nuts

The veins in chicken seriously gross me out. I remember being a kid and getting the chicken sandwich from Wendys,LOL, bitting into it and seeing a vein, bleh....the sandwich would go in the trash, LOL.

If I buy a chocolate covered ice cream bar - I have to peel all the chocolate off first, then eat the ice cream.
And I eat the cheese off pizza, then eat the sauce and crust together.

I have a lot... but I will just post one:
I can't eat baked goods with fruit in them. The consistency is GROSS to me. Reminds me of like eating body parts or something.
Like, apple pie.. YUCK.

Once I finish my food at a restaurant, I need to have the plate taken away. I cannot let it sit in front of me for some reason, I start to get grossed out.
This is my only food issue, but I am the same at home, once I have finished eating (and DH) I have to move the dirty plates straight away

I can't have my plate in front of me either at a restuarant when I'm done. DH has gotten so used to it that as soon as I'm done, he takes my plate and puts it under his so I don't have to look at it!
Also I just can't bring myself to enjoy what I cook. I can make my favorite foods yet when it comes to sitting down and eating it, I lose my appetite. However if anyone else made it, I could lick the plate clean!

Same here! I do not like that mushy feeling in my mouth 
I also cannot have my food touch.

Same here! I do not like that mushy feeling in my mouth
I have a few..
I also cannot have my food touch.
I have to smell my milk before I drink it and I need my chicken to be burnt or I won't eat it.

I can sniff out mustard, no matter HOW REMOTE it might be in something. Mustard literally makes me gag. I can't even stand the smell of it.
We were out to lunch last weekend. I ordered a salad that had a "creamy garlic" dressing on it. When it came out, I took a bite, gagged, and spit it out. DH was like "THERE'S NO MUSTARD IN IT!!!". So, I called for the waitress, asked if she could check the ingredients. She told me the dressing was homemade, and was positive there was no mustard, but that she'd go and ask the chef anyway.
Sure enough, into a GALLON batch of dressing, he had dropped HALF A TEASPOON of mustard!!!!
I'm like the princess and the pea.
