Post Pregnancy weight loss...
I am almost 8 months post pregnancy and I still have a bit of a baby pouch left. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it? I am just about back at my pre pregnancy weight, but I still have a little tummy!Anyone have a similar problem?

I am 14 mos post partum and when DS turned a year, I decided I had enough of the belly pouch.
It wasn't easy. I did South Beach and go to the gym 3-4x a week.
It's been 2 months and I finally feel like I don't have a pouch, but am still a little flabby and can stand to lose another 5-10 lbs.

cardio cardio cardio.
Thats the only way to lose the "pouch". No matter how many crunches or sit up or ab excersizes you do, you'll just be building your abs underneath the pouch.
You have to do a combo of both

I lost all my baby weight right after delivery but my stomach area is flabby and I have the "pouch". I think a c-section makes the pouch worse.

It took me about 2 years for my actual body shape to change even though I lost the weight before. Now I am even down 20lbs more from pre -preggo weight but still have a little pouch-I did have a c-section though so I guess I just may never be the same?

I posted a similar topic a week ago. I'm 3months pp and am back down to my pregnancy weight but my stomach just is a mess with flab, stretch marks, and the linea nigra. I wore a belly band and have been doing more ab work. I think you really need to dedicate a lot of time and effort into eating well and working out a lot, which most moms, especially working moms do not have. Sigh....
