Post your favorite smoothie recipe
Now that the weather is (sort of) getting warmer I'm in the mood for smoothies. Whats your favorite recipe?

Re: Post your favorite smoothie recipe
I don't have exact measurements - I sort of just put it all together, but I've been doing the following for past few weeks:
- 1 container of Chobani greek yogurt w/ fruit (I like raspberry, strawberry/banana, or banana flavor) - 1 or 2 bananas (depending on how hungry I am that morning) - Frozen fruit - strawberries, blueberries or raspberries, sometimes a mix - Liquid from either juice or milk (I prefer juice)
I mix up the fruits depending on the mood. Sometimes I'll add in granola as well.

Re: Post your favorite smoothie recipe
I do:
1.5-2C. leafy greens (more if baby spinach, a little less if Kale/something with stronger flavor), 1 C. unsweetened vanilla almond milk, handful of fruit (try to pick fruits with lower sugar content), and 1 scoop of PlantFusion vanilla protein powder. Been doing with cantaloupe this week which has been great, and you don't need much. For me, keeping the fruit content down is important to keep it from being a sugar bomb!
