I love this picture
and... 3 hours later - 1st time I got to hold him!!! 
ETA - look how swollen and puffy my face was from being induced and on IV for over 20 hours!!!

I was very emotional. She got a little bit stuck so I had to give birth on all fours and she didn't cry right away so when I got to hold her I was a wreck.

me too! I get choked up. All your hardwork, determination and preparation all come out when you are finally holding her.
