Post your goal!
I set a short term goal of 10 pounds in 3 months and a total of 40 pounds in 12 months.
What's your short term and long term goal?
Maybe we can even do a weekly check in to see if we are even close to obtaining our goals?

hopefully 20 by feb 22nd....and my overall goal is to be back in my wedding gown by this summer so i can do my "day after pics" in july. I'd like to be 15 lbs thinner than i was for my wedding.

my current goal is to fit better in my clothes, they are getting snugger. my long term goal is to get back to my ww goal and maybe less that that.

My goal is to stick with WW past 8 weeks... and to get past 150 this time! I always get stuck at right around 150 lbs - it's some sort of mental roadblock for me!
My ultimate goal is to lose 33 pounds.

My long term goal is to FEEL GOOD about myself inside and out.
My short term goal is to see the numbers on the scale decrease between 5-8lbs per month. And not creep back up.

Short term goal is to just start changing my eating habits and start to exercise again. Long term goal is to lose 15-20 lbs - preferably by the summer.

Short term goal is to lose 5-10 lbs but mostly to tone up (I am trying to decrease my body fat percentage).
My long term goal is to get as close to this as possible. One can dream right??? Any excuse to post a picture of Jillian

Sorry...I'm better now.
My short-term goal is three lbs, then I will have reached my ultimate goal, which is 87 lbs down.
but now that I am so close, I might make another goal of 5 more lbs. And, of course, I would like to be more toned. Though, I am not so bad right now, but I am still a work in progress.

I don't want to set time frames on my weight loss because it's going to take a long time to get where I want to be and I don't want to disappoint myself.
So, my short term goal is to do my best every week and continue losing until the pain in my back lessens. My long term goal is to have before and after pictures that make people ask me how on earth I lost all of the weight.

Short term goal, finish my 90 day workout schedule. Run a 10k (same one I did in '03) in April.
Long term, start training in April and run the Marine Corps Marathon in October. Just wanted to add that I would love to beat my old time too!

Long term goal: lose 20 lbs to get to my goal weight. short term goal: lose the 4 lbs of holiday weight I put on!
Also: continue to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Yesterday was my first day and it felt great!

Short term- -Get to the gym or work out 4 or 5 days a week - Drink more water (8 glasses) - Eat less carbs
Long Term- - No double Chin - Feel Healthy and Fit - 75lbs taken off
