Short term is to lose 1 lb per week and the long term goal is lose 25 pounds by July.

I also want to work out at least 4 days per week and keep up with that long after my 25 pounds are gone.

just taking it one week at a time. if i lose 1 lb per week. i'll be down 50 lbs by the end of the year

Well i dont own a scale so i have no idea what i weigh. I started to notice that my clothes (and fave jeans) werent fitting all too well so my main goal is to get these babies to fit again.
#2 goal is to continue my new workout regimine. Its doing the job (jeans are fiting, but still snug).

Overall goal is 40lbs

Short term per weight watchers is 9 lbs

Short Term is to lose 15 pounds before Feb 21st
Long Term is to lose 25-30 before the summer

Activity Goal is to exercise 3-4 times a week
