Potato Leek Soup for Thankstiving?
I usually make butternut squash but I was thinking of something different. Is Potato Leek "festive" enough?

Yes, but are you making mashed potatoes, too? Might be too starchy then. And I LOOOOVE PL soup!

My first thought was too much starch/potato, assuming you are making mashed potatoes, etc.
