I mostly use tap, but if the water from the teapot has been boiled recently but has had time to cool, I'll use that.

I use the filtered water from the fridge. When we needed to change the filter, I boiled water in the teapot.

We started using the nursery water.
When she turned two months and got her shots, we started using the water filtered from the Brita pitcher, which I keep for her at room temperature.

we used boiled tap water with ds#1... since then we got a brita pitcher so we will be using that with 2nd but we will probably boil it anyways...

I use the cooler and mix cold and hot to make warm. My ped said the fluoride in tap is no good for an infant (but a toddler needs fluoride later on). He also said that baby water is a big scam.
