Powder formula question
If it's a 4 oz bottle I first fill up 4 oz of water and then add 2 unpacked scoops right? It looks like more than 4 oz when it's all mixed together - is that right?

that's how I always did it. Once you shake it it looks like more because of the air bubbles too

2oz of water with one level scoop of powder will make 2.2ounces of formula..
So 4oz of water with 2 level scoops of powder will make closer to a 4 1/2 oz bottle....
